Ok so you want to commission me. Where do you begin? Well I'll tell you.
First you have to contact me v.i.a. deviantART notes or my email@kikiegnever@gmail.com asking for a commission. Before you do that please have in mind exactly what you want me to do. If you don't, I just happen to have a list right below this paragraph.
In your note/email please specify:
-Who/what you want drawn and the type of commission
-references/specific notes on the character/tidbits of their personality
-method of payment
-email if you request for the hi-res picture
-address if you want me to send the original drawings(when commissioning traditional)

How to pay me
Thing is I won't draw anything until you pay me.
Option 1: Send a money order to my P.O. Box

Option 2: Send a letter containing the money to my address.

Option 3: Paypal...when I get a checking account on August 27th 2009.
All payments are in USD. I will give you the adress to pay to through a dA note.

Add $01.00 for any additional characters you want to add.

-comic/manga characters
-video game characters
-robots/mechs/weapons
-animals/beasties/aliens
-slash that isn't explict(of characters that are actually gay together, no fanon gay plz)
-realism/portraits
-other stuff

What I don't/won't draw
-yaoi/yuri/porn/nudity/vore/gore
-furries/fursonas
-characters from anime that suck IMO (i.e. Naruto, Reborn,
-inflation/fat art
-fetish art
-your OTP that I hate
-incest
-emo characters
-Twilight fanart. Unless of course you make it worth my while :/
-stuff you ask for that you may not know I don't like

If you ask for an OC or a character I've never drawn, I request you provide picture references. If you are asking I design a character, I won't do it.

Once I am paid I will start drawing immediatly. If you want me to, I will show you the sketch before going any further with it so you may ask that I make any changes necessary.

I sometimes include bonus drawings that are free of charge! Usually one or two at max.

Do not give me a specific deadline. I always take time on my drawings. I cannot be pestered on how far I am on the drawing either. I will tell you myself when I am done sketching or doing the lineart or colouring.

At the moment I'm taking an unlimited amount of commissions. If I get too many I will close up for now.
